My Comments: I found this book fascinating, and I want to try it. I figured out my body type and it seems to be a mix of two. I’m tired of doing fad diets and would like to have a more permanent weight loss. I read helpful information that will help me eat more heathy. I need to add food to my diet and get rid of some food that I eat now. The author includes recipes and eating plans. Most of what I read made sense. I need to psych myself up now and give it a go.
