My family LOVED this. You can find many recipes using this sauce on shirleyj.com, or make one of the three recipes on the package (Pasta Alfredo, Old-Fashioned Sausage Gravy, or Broccoli and Cheddar Soup). We made macaroni and cheese from shirleyj.com. The sauce was creamy and very yummy. All I had to do was add the cheese, macaroni and a bread crumb topping. The consistency was perfect – no lumps. I usually avoid making homemade mac and cheese because of all the mixing, and I have trouble with consistency, but this product made all of that a snap. I will definitely be ordering more (from shirleyj.com) to use when I go back to school to help me with me meal preparation on a time budget.
