Noisy animals on the ark … jumpy frogs in pharaoh’s soup … dreamy angels on a stairway to heaven … Peek under fun flaps to make these beloved Bible stories and more come alive.
My Comments:  If you want a book that will whet your child’s appetite for more Bible reading, this is a book that will do that.  There are two pages for each Bible story including Noah’s Ark,  Jacob’s Dream, Moses and Pharoah, the birth of Jesus, Jesus feeding the 5,000, and the resurrection of Jesus.  The two pages per story are loaded with flaps to lift and the words are written in rhyme form, which kids love.  (As a teacher, I love to use books that rhyme to teach reading, predicting, etc.)  This book gives a snippet of each story and then gives the Bible reference to look for more on the story.
GIVEAWAY ALERT – I have two of these books to give away.  All you need to do is leave a sentence comment telling me one of your favorite stories for children in the Bible (of course, these are all applicable to adults as well).  This is all you need do.  This giveaway will end on June 30, and I will use Random.org to select the winners (2).  Good luck!

I love the story of Esther, because of her courage. A couple of women in my Bible study recently had babies, and I would love to give them this.

The story I like for children is about baby Moses. ( mac262@me.com )

My favorite part of the Bible is the fact that Jesus IS COMING AGAIN to take all of His Church Home. I can’t call any part of the Bible a story, because it’s not. My children are young and I tell them its all true. And I mean no disrespect to anyone. Nor to anyone’s child. So please don’t take my comment harshly, I would not hurt anyone’s feelings for anything in the world. But anyhoo, thats my favorite part of the Bible.

    Thanks and many Blessings!!!
