Oooo, when I opened the page and saw this book cover, I hoped it’d be a giveaway! I would soo like to have this one.
sigh Now, saga… I remember reading a saga–it lasted for several books and involved San Francisco, but I can’t remember a title or an author if you put a gun to my head.

I enjoyed The Vision of Emma Blau by Ursula Hegi very much. It followed a German family who emmigrated to the New England area and the next two generations who worked toward the American Dream.
I grew up in the vineyards of the Niagara region, I would love to read this book. My next blog will contain a notice and link to your contest. Thank you.

I have wanted to read Tina’s book for a long time, so thank you for this giveaway.
My mother got me hooked on family sagas when I was a teenager, a very long time ago! Some of my favorites were Tender Victory by Taylor Caldwell, Evergreen by Belva Plain, The Imigrants by Howard Fast - and Roots, of course.

My favorite family saga book would have to be “The Thornbirds.” Such a wonderful and tragic book! Every time I read it I hope for things to work out differently, even while I relish the ups and downs of the story.

I’ve always loved this type of story. I remember reading ‘The Thorn Birds’ and ‘Light a Penny Candle’ as a young adult and I have been hooked ever since.

I have several favorites. It’s always fun to read a book that has many of the same characters. Suzanne Simmons Sweetheart Indiana series, Nora Roberts McGregor Brides, Grooms, to name two.

Nora Roberts writes the best family saga books. My favorite is The Gallaghers of Ardmore Trilogy
